Is it necessary to have an account to shop with TheLifeTales?

You don’t need to have a TheLifeTales account to shop. But having an account does make thing much easier. You can store your shipping and contact information in your account so that you don’t have to enter it every time you shop. So while creating an account it is not essential to shop, we recommend doing it to become a part of the awesome TheLifeTales community.


What fabric and printing technique is used to make the T-shirt?

All T-shirts are made using lightweight premium-quality cotton (180GSM) that makes the T-shirt super-soft and comfortable to wear all day long. All prints are smooth, fabric-soft and durable digital prints and bear no traces of a prickly plastic finish. The appearance of the product may slightly vary on the website due to digital representation of the product.


How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps :-
Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your Cart).


How will I receive my order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.


How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.


What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery(COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.


How does the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option work?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. TheLifeTales offers a Cash on Delivery option for all orders for most delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option on the payment page.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We ship the goods 2-3 days once receiving the order.


What is the TheLifeTales Shipping policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from TheLifeTales in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all Credit Card/Debit Card purchases, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost provided that the order value is above Rs 599.
