RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We at The Life Tales strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order for any reason, you have received, you can mail us at sales@TheLifeTales.com

What is The The Life Tales Exchange Policy for T-Shirts?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

(The exchange will be made, free of cost only if there is any issue with the design or the product is damaged. The product should be in the unused state.)

 

Please mail us at sales@The Life Tales.com before you return the products to us, so that we should be able to process your return request, within the mentioned time constraints.

Our policy lasts for the time of 15 days from the date of delivery. The time exceeds more than 15 days since the date of your delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or any exchange in that case.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per The The Life Tales Exchange Policy?

Mobile Covers, Posters, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Shot Glasses and Fridge Magnets are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you, once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at sales@The Life Tales.com and we’ll help you out.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

All orders that come in, on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 11:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at sales@The Life Tales.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request, in case you have appealed to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
